About Our Condo

• This two bedroom, two bathroom condo was totally renovated in 2008 with new appliances. We have added brand new furniture throughout as of the summer of 2011.
  
  The condo is on the second floor away from any noise which you get with a downstairs unit. It is also protected from the sun with a north-facing view so you can relax on your the deck having a coffee or glass of wine without the sun blaring down directly on you.
  
  All amenities included, cable, internet, appliances, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, dishes, utensils.
  
  High definition TV with DVR recorder and Blue Ray DVD player. TV also accesses internet for additional TV programs. High speed internet, both wired and wireless for unit. We also include a local Scottsdale landline and an additional telephone which has free out calling throughout North America. Easy to call home to loved ones without incurring additional expense.
  
  A few blocks has you enjoying all the heart of Scottsdale has to offer - Old Town with its shops & restaurants, the world famous Fashion Square Mall with a variety of world class stores; and the newly developing Waterfront.
  
  Within a 10 minute drive is the new Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, and 30+ minutes takes you to the major stadiums, arenas and much of the well desired attractions within the area.
  
  The condo has a well furnished, beautifully upgraded kitchen with maple cabinets; granite counters; and new appliances.
  
  The living room is furnished with a brand new couch with a pull out sleeper if needed. A very comfortable recliner chair is in front of the 42” LCD HDTV, DVR player/recorder & Bluray HD DVD/CD player.
  
  The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with two end tables and two table lamps. A six drawer dresser and walk in closet gives you plenty of room for your clothes and storage area. The master bedroom as an ensuite bathroom with a fully enclosed shower area, toilet and sink.
  
  The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed with five drawer dresser and another walk in closet.
  
  Included with wired, and wireless high speed internet and a toll free calling in North America (outgoing only).
  
  The condo has a laundry setup with a compact washer and dryer.
  
  The balcony of this 2nd floor condo includes a table set with two chairs and a love seat. This balcony has a northern view of the mountains and is away from any direct sunlight shining down on the deck.
  
  The beautiful & quiet grounds include a heated pool, loungers and BBQ areas with gas grills & tables.
  
  The complex has an excercise room with multiple exercise machines. It also includes a television to help you throughout your workout.
  
  Yhe condo has a designated covered parking space along with ample additional parking.
